Motivation
"I have to start with saying that this was not my first hypnotherapy session.  I have used hypnotherapy in the past to help increase motivation and overcome mental blocks in my work.  Felice offered a very comfortable environment and performed a suggestibility test to analyze how to most effectively work with me.  

She then has a detailed conversation with you about the areas that you are seeking help with.  I was in total control through the entire session yet completely relaxed with Felice guiding my through the session which lasted about an hour.  When we were finished i felt a jolt of motivation and the desire to complete my days work.  After all I was having Felice help me with my tendency to procrastinate my morning workout.  

The best part of this is that I now have an MP3 of the session and can listen to it whenever I need some reinforcement."

Allergy to Cats
"I have been highly allergic to cats for a long time. They make my nose run and I get itchy and my eyes water. After one session with Felice, she encouraged me to cautiously test my allergy to see if it was still there. I didn't run into any cats for a long time. But over Christmas I went to Grandma's house. Grandma has 4 cats. And guess what? I held them and cuddled them and had NO REACTION! A Merry Christmas it was for me. "
