Kundalini Yoga and Meditation

Kundalini Yoga and Meditation as taught by Yogi Bhajan is one of the fastest technologies for elevation. The reason you are finding this page on my hypnotherapy website is because Kundalini yoga works on the subconscious level. Kundalini yoga and meditation combined with hypnotherapy has helped many of my clients transform their patterns of behavior very quickly. Carl Jung called it "inexpensive psychotherapy." Indeed, the benefits for the psyche are numerous. It also strengthens the nervous system, reverses the aging process, and takes you deeper into a whatever spiritual discipline or path you are on.

I offer live and pre-recorded Kundalini Yoga & Meditation classes for people all over the world. I also offer private and group classes and retreats.

Short progress report: I have been healing my asthma with my meditation. Felice Austin is an inspired meditation teacher. About 2 years ago, in 2010, I was diagnosed with bipolar and psychosis. I started medication right away and felt more stable in a few weeks. In time, I incorporated other tools to to create a holistic bipolar health plan.  Kundalini Meditation is one of those tools.  In November 2012 I began Kundalini Meditation with Felice's 40-day Meditation Webinar.  She guided me through 40 days of meditation and helped me build a strong foundation of meditation.  Through this "building," my life's purposes are clarified.  I'm more loving, more confident, and more in tune with what God wants for me and my family.  Meditation gave my husband and I the courage and confidence to confront challenges and make changes. We were able to recognize bipolar triggers and eliminate them.  In April 2013, I continued with an advanced meditation webinar and it's even more empowering.  Felice was inspired to suggest Gan Puttee Kriya followed by another Kundalini exercise specific "for the resolution of bipolar disorder" as my new daily meditation.  At the time, with my psychiatrist's guidance, I was slowly scaling down one of my medications and after a week of Meditation 2, I had a medication review, he approved of me stopping the medication altogether.  At my next medication review a month later, he told me I could reduce and stop taking an antipsychotic medication.  In two months, including 4 weeks of Gan Puttee Kriya, I've gone from taking 4 medications to taking 2 medications!  Meditation is my medication.  It changes your brain and your life!  - Lisa Underwood, Idaho
